Everything is made to order. The food is fresh and flavorful. Hot food is hot, crispy fries are amazing. My milkshake was perfect. Go there. Eat. Socialize. Take a date. You won't regret it.

Honestly love the food but my service today was outstanding I was greeted at the door the girl taking my order was nothing but smiles and nice. I personally don’t think I’ve had better service. Definitely A+ rating.

After ordering by phone the order still took 35 min .upon receiving the order the milkshake cup was only halfway full.i brought it to the attention of the worker and the young lady responds with it's a different size cup arrogantly .I also brought to her attention that there were two sizes ordered but it seemed to make no difference .I won't be visiting this store again

Love the burgers and the homemade chips. The milkshakes are way too hin and sweet and no longer the rich, thick shakes they once were.

The people that run this place suck. 30 minutes for two burgers and one of the orders was wrong! We we're the only customers! Go to Five Guys

They are absolute garbage. They consistently mess up my families orders. When I was there last time they literally were talking the whole time and relaxing while I had waited for 30 minutes for a burger and shake. After all that time they didn't get the order right. Right when the burgers were done after 30 minutes a girl comes out to just start the milkshakes which literally took another 5-10 minutes. Food isn't even that good and its pricey.

Our food was delicious...the staff was friendly and helpful. Our order was correct and the staff checked on us while we were eating. We were given coupons for our next visit and we downloaded the app..we will definitely be back!

I've been to this location in Middletown a few times. Great burgers and surprisingly I really like their cheesesteak too; they chop the meat really thin which I like. Extra toppings are included in the price even mushrooms. They give you lots of fries which I like.

These burgers are thee best!! The staff was fast, friendly and helpful. All the food is great so no matter what you order your not gonna be disappointed!! The dining room was clean and well kept. The soda bar was stocked and clean. The bathroom was clean as well.

The classic burger was outstanding and it went downhill from here. I went to get a pomegranatedrink and some black junk came out. The fries were well done and greasy. Look up at the vent and ceiling tiles and you will be horrified and never come back. The employees were very froendly and checked up on me several times. My mayonnaise package was full if grease. Sitting out there for weeks or months. The man a few tables from me, a manager, has not looked up once or smiled. Practice what you preach and get off the table and clean this resaurant up. Where is the health department?

Everything was great...and thestaff especially!! Tuesdays seem to be the day to go for the best price!!

It was a blast with my daughter, winning the challenge to eat the 9 patty, delicious cheeseburger in time to get a t-shirt. But that was years ago, and I was back in the area tonight to enjoy a great meal! Cooked to order, customized and fast, the classic cheddar really hit the spot. All fresh ingredients. The service was professional, the staff very friendly...well spoken citizens making eye contact, perfect! Thanks for your hard work, quality results, see you again soon!

UpDate1/21/20 - Clean contemporary restaurant. However, The food is not the same! This establishment has changed ownership and it shows! Beef is cheaper grade, toppings on burgers are extreme minimal, swiss cheese was old, food was cold and lacked any flavor. Last year this time, food was great. This is sad. They've taking really good food & decided to replace with cheaper ingredients. Now it's an expensive burger with mcds burger quality & taste. Guess they don't want to be in business very long.

Food was ok hamburgers were not real thick but their milkshakes were really good which they had larger sizes though for the milkshakes for the price we paid.small cup for $4.95

As a former employee the food is very good and the employees were always very nice and friendly. The managers are always willing to talk to you if there are any problems. I would recommend.

Awful. Compounded by the last visit which was also awful. Slow service, food came out sporadically. We sat there with burgers for 10 mins before the fries came. Stay away from this place...

I came here tonight and there was a good crowd. The manager was using a portable point of sale and he was taking orders very quickly. There was a cashier who took my payment and my order arrived quickly and accurately. It was very good and I would rate this visit consistent with other times that I have been here as well. Good food.

It’s nice that some of the reviews have responses but I’d rather someone actually go in and fix the service. The food is good if you can overlook all the other problems.

Staff were patient and efficient. Food delish!
